Abstract:Objective To master the testing and calibration methods of the main parameters of BRAUN Dialog hemodialysis machines
to ensure the stability and safety of hemodialysis. Methods The pipeline connection method and calibration interface parameter
setting of the BRAUN Dialog hemodialysis machine were studied. The 90XL hemodialysis machine parameter calibration device
was used to detect and calibrate the dialysate temperature, conductivity of dialysate and venous pressure of 40 BRAUN Dialog
hemodialysis machines in the blood purification center. Results All parameters were qualified. One hemodialysis machine had a
large deviation in venous pressure, the deviation value decreased from 10 mmHg to 1 mmHg after calibration. Four hemodialysis
machines had large deviation in conductivity, the deviation values decreased from 0.4mS/cm to ±0.3 mS/cm after calibration.
Conclusion Engineers in charge of hemodialysis machines need to fully learn clinical significance of the hemodialysis treatment
main parameters, the methods of detection and calibration to ensure hemodialysis machines hardware & software stable performance
by routine inspection work to provide professional technical support for hemodialysis medical workers and improve the quality of
dialysis treatment for patients.
