Abstract:Objective Research and implement a cloud-based collaborative annotation system for adult developmental dysplasia of the
hip (ADDH), and establish a standardized annotation database of ADDH images. Methods Using technologies such as heterogeneous
platform data sharing and cross-regional collaboration, and adopting B/S structure, according to the requirements of ADDH clinical
diagnosis work, this paper studied the ADDH image annotation system serving the medical image data sharing and cross-regional
collaborative annotation mode. Results The ADDH image annotation system has realized high availability and concurrency,
supported the sharing and reading of image and clinical information among different medical institutions, and met the requirements of
simultaneous online collaborative annotation by multiple people and multi-blind audit. Conclusion This system fills the blank of the
current ADDH image collaborative annotation and management system, brings convenience to clinical diagnosis, and endows clinical
image data as data assets for artificial intelligence product development, which has high practical value and application prospect.
