Abstract:CT is one of the commonly used methods for clinical diagnosis, in the course of use, the failure rate is also rising gradually.
This paper analyzed the failure phenomenon and treatment methods of GE Brivo CT325, which cannot warm up after a sudden
power failure and restart. The failure phenomenon is single but involves many functional parts. It requires engineers to patiently
carry out high-voltage NO LOAD test and high-voltage short connection test. By eliminating them one by one, the failure of tank
is confirmed and replaced. And this is a series of cascading failures, followed by the subsequent failures of the scanning bed, after
which we carried out calibration operation on the scanning bed to make the machine work normally. It is hoped that this sharing of
comprehensive maintenance process can help us deal with the high-pressure part of this type of CT and the part of scanning bed to
some extent.
