Collaborative Application of Shelter CT in Public Health Emergencies

Abstract:Objective To improve the ability of collaborative response to public health emergencies and meet the need for timely and
rapid clinical diagnosis, the installation of shelter CT is the fastest and most optimal solution. Methods Through the selection and
installation scheme of the shelter CT design, the existing problems and solutions in the aspects of equipment selection, site selection,
power supply security, cabin layout, radiation protection and information construction were put forward. Results It only took 7 days
from the design to the completion of the project. The equipment and machine room met the requirements of nosocomial infection control
and radiation health protection, and reached the national standards of protection performance detection, dose detection and quality
control detection. The equipment has been in normal operation for more than 100 days after delivery and use. Conclusion The shelter
CT can be used quickly and efficiently in public health emergencies, which improves the screening and diagnosis capacity of medical
institutions and plays an important role in the coordinated action of disaster relief medical treatment.
