Android system is proposed (MetalGPS). Methods In the early stage, the research group adopted a high-precision fluxgate sensor array differential detection method, combined with a high-common-mode suppression ratio differential amplifier circuit for signal processing, and developed a prototype for specific detection of small volume ferromagnetic metals at a specific height. On this basis, the system is Bluetooth-connected with the prototype to realize real-time data display, detection result analysis and recording. Results UsingBluetooth wireless communication technology to realize the collection fluxgate sensor signal and the Android APP perfect docking, realize the system high practicability and good portability, and the experimental results show that the surgical suture needle in woodiness desktop, use flux-gate sensor array respectively in the height of 5 cm, to 10 cm, 15 cm from the level of surgical suture needle above sweep, and the scan results waveform reconstruction. According to the results of waveform reconstruction,when the ferromagnetic metal detected, its specificity target waveform appears as “peak - Ottoman” or “valley - wave peak”. Conclusion The successful development of this APP provides a new thinking and theoretical basis for the detection and localization of metal foreign bodies in clinical bodies, and it has a broad application prospect for emergency situations and detection of metal foreign bodies in clinical bodies.
