摘要

目的 为了能够在外科手术伤口缝合前对体内遗留外科手术器械等金属异物进行快速排查,以提高病人的救治效率,拟开发一种基于Android系统的金属异物快速排查系统(MetalGPS)。方法 前期课题组采用高精度磁通门传感器阵列差分 检测方式,结合高共模抑制比差分放大电路进行信号处理,研制了在特定高度对小体积铁磁性金属进行特异性检测的样机。在此基础上,将该排查系统与样机进行蓝牙对接,实现实时数据显示和检测结果分析记录。结果 利用蓝牙无线通信技 术实现磁通门传感器采集信号和Android手机APP的完美对接,实现了系统实用性高、便携性好的特点,且实验表明,将手术缝合针置于木质桌面上,用磁通门传感器阵列分别在5、10、15 cm的高度从手术缝合针上方水平扫过,并将扫查结果进 行波形重建,重建结果显示,当检测到铁磁性金属时,其特异性目标波形呈现为“峰—谷波”或“谷—峰波”。结论 该APP的研制成功为临床体内金属异物的排查定位提供了新的思路和理论依据,对于应急情况和临床体内金属异物检测具有 广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

Objective In order to perform rapid detection of metal foreign bodies such as surgical instruments in the body before surgical wound suturing, and to improve the treatment efficiency of patients, a rapid detection system for metal foreign bodies based on Android system is proposed (MetalGPS). Methods In the early stage, the research group adopted a high-precision fluxgate sensor array differential detection method, combined with a high-common-mode suppression ratio differential amplifier circuit for signal processing, and developed a prototype for specific detection of small volume ferromagnetic metals at a specific height. On this basis, the system is Bluetooth-connected with the prototype to realize real-time data display, detection result analysis and recording. Results UsingBluetooth wireless communication technology to realize the collection fluxgate sensor signal and the Android APP perfect docking, realize the system high practicability and good portability, and the experimental results show that the surgical suture needle in woodiness desktop, use flux-gate sensor array respectively in the height of 5 cm, to 10 cm, 15 cm from the level of surgical suture needle above sweep, and the scan results waveform reconstruction. According to the results of waveform reconstruction,when the ferromagnetic metal detected, its specificity target waveform appears as “peak - Ottoman” or “valley - wave peak”. Conclusion The successful development of this APP provides a new thinking and theoretical basis for the detection and localization of metal foreign bodies in clinical bodies, and it has a broad application prospect for emergency situations and detection of metal foreign bodies in clinical bodies.
