摘要目的 比较铜和铜-铝复合滤过板对X线的透射线率,为合理选用附加滤过板提供依据。方法 Definium6000数字化X线摄影机,70~130 kV,200 mA,AEC模式,源-像距150 cm和180 cm。三组附加滤过分别为0.1 mm Cu和0.1 mm Cu + 1.5 mm
Al、0.2 mm Cu和0.2 mm Cu + 1.5 mm Al、0.3 mm Cu和0.3 mm Cu + 1.5 mm Al。对18 cm厚聚乙烯模体曝光,检测入射剂量、透射剂量,计算透射剂量率。使用SPSS17.0软件对铜和相同厚度铜-铝复合滤过板的入射剂量、透射剂量、以及透射剂量
率进行比较。结果 源-像距为150 cm时,透射线率(%)中位数分别为7.34和7.87、8.60和9.07、9.64和10.13;源-像距为180 cm时,透射线率(%)中位数分别为7.33和7.97、8.66和9.26、9.84和10.27。铜滤过厚度相同时,铜-铝复合滤过的透射线率比单
独使用铜滤过时大,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以管电压为分组变量,不同厚度铜滤过与铜-铝复合滤过的透射剂量差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 使用厚度大的附加滤过可以增加X线透射线率,并且铜-铝复合滤过板的X线透射线率
比单独使用铜滤过时相对大,有利于减少患者所受辐射剂量。
Abstract:Objective Comparing the X-ray transmission rate of copper and copper aluminum composite filter plates, so as to provide the basis for reasonable selection of additional filter plates. Methods Definium6000 digital X-ray camera, 70-130 kV, 200 mA, AEC
mode, source-image distance 150 cm and 180 cm. The three additional groups of filters were 0.1 mm Cu and 0.1 mm Cu + 1.5 mm Al, 0.2 mm Cu and 0.2 mm Cu + 1.5 mm Al, 0.3 mm Cu and 0.3 mm Cu 1.5 mm Al, respectively. The 18 cm thick polyethylene
phantom was exposed, the incident dose and transmission dose were detected, and the transmission dose rate was calculated. The incident dose, transmission dose, and transmission dose rate of copper and the same thickness copper-aluminum composite filter
plate were compared using SPSS 17.0 software. Results When the source image distance was 150 cm, the median transmittance (%) was 7.34 and 7.87, 8.60 and 9.07, 9.64 and 10.13, respectively, Meanwhile, when the source image distance was 180 cm, the median
transmittance (%) was 7.33 and 7.97, 8.66 and 9.26, 9.84 and 10.27, respectively. Based on the same thickness of copper filter, the ray transmission rate of copper aluminum composite filter was larger than that of single copper filter, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Moreover, taking tube voltage as group variable, there was no significant difference in transmission dose between different thickness copper filter and copper aluminum composite filter (P>0.05). Conclusion The X-ray transmission rate of copper aluminum composite filter plate is higher than that of single copper filter plate, which is beneficial to reduce the radiation dose
of patients.
