Abstract:Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) is an aggressive B-cell-derived Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL), which progresses rapidly and also has the indolence of low-grade lymphoma. Generally discovered late, it is currently an incurable disease. 18F-FDG PET/CT is a molecular imaging method that uses 18F-FDG as a tracer and combines functional imaging (PET) with anatomical imaging (CT). It can provide dual information about metabolic activity and anatomical location of lesions, and has the advantages of high sensitivity and specificity. It plays an important role in staging, curative effect evaluation and prognosis evaluation of many kinds of malignant lymphoma.
