Abstract：Firstly, this paper analyzed the structure and working principle of Xinhua Super6000 cleaning sterilizer. Then, taking three
kinds of faults of the equipment, such as “front door motor protection” “water not ready” “air leakage in the process of equipment
static and operation”, and the maintenance process as examples, the test method and troubleshooting process of relevant faults were
introduced in detail. The equipment was restored to normal operation by replacing the PLC connecting line, pneumatic valve and
front door cylinder. It is expected that this paper can provide a reference for the rapid repair of faults and regular inspection system,
so that the equipment operation is more stable and better for clinical services.
