Abstract:Objective To explore the variation rules of physical parameters during the operation of Prisma 3.0T magnetic resonance,
and to provide the data reference for precision quality control. Methods Aquiferre system was used to realize real-time monitoring
and collection of operational data by connecting the cloud server with Prisma magnetic resonance. Results The physical parameters
such as liquid helium level, liquid helium pressure, cold head temperature, shielding layer temperature and pressure balance heating
power were obtained and the real-time data of scanning quantity and imaging methods were counted. Conclusion The simultaneous
occurrence of abnormal conditions such as increased liquid helium pressure and cold head temperature, and reduced pressure balance
heating power may result from the abnormal decrease in pressure balance heating power, and this abnormality leads to the loss of
0.2% liquid helium. The monthly workload of Prisma collected and the imaging methods applied are counted, and the curve of the
scan volume with time and the monthly proportion of imaging methods are obtained, which provides reliable data support for the
realization of equipment economic benefit analysis and the development of new functions.
