Abstract:Objective To evaluate the advantages of low dose vascular system in transcatheter atrial septal defect (ASD) surgery, and
to explore the factors and methods of dose reduction of intraoperative radiation and radiation. Methods From July 2018 to December
2019, 339 patients received transcatheter treatment of ASD were divided into two group: FD10 clarity system and FD10 system.
The difference between the two groups was statistically analyzed by collecting the data of dose area product (DAP) and air kerma
(AK). Results The average DAP value of FD10 clarity system was 5702 mGy.cm2
which was lower than 8576 mGy.cm2
of FD10
system, decreased by 33.51%; the average AK value of FD10 clarity system was 34.41 mGy, lower than 74.94 mGy of FD10 system,
decreased by 54.08%. Conclusion Compared with the traditional vascular system, the low dose vascular system has an obvious
advantage of radiation dose in the transcatheter treatment of ASD heart disease.
