Abstract:Based on the regional anatomical structure of human abdominal wall, a new composite patch composed of supporting
layer, anti-adhesive layer and inducing layer was prepared in order to overcome the existing deficiency. The surface morphology,
mechanical property and hydrophilicity were characterized by SEM, universal testing machine and contact angle meter. The results
showed that the optimal thickness of the anti-adhesive layer and the inducing layer were 0.05~0.10 mm, the diameter of fibers and the
mechanical property of fiber membrane increased with the increase of spinning solution concentration, and the optimal material for
inducing layer was hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 200 kDa.
