Abstract:Objective By analyzing the current situation of medical equipment archives in the hospital, the degree of electronic
demand, and the practical application of information management, this paper aimed to establish a document inquiry system of the
supplier platform of our hospital, and solve the common difficulties in paper handover, storage and inquiry of medical equipment
archives management in the hospital. Methods According to the source, content, data statistics and comprehensive application of
medical equipment archives, it sets management objectives, and carries out digital archives collection, safe storage and three forms
of real-time management. Results It improved the completeness, timeliness and accuracy of archival management evidence, the
filing rate of equipment files, the utilization rate of clinical departments in hospitals, and guarantees the safety of medical equipment.
Conclusion The integration of medical equipment files and information in our hospital has become an important basic data support
for hospital equipment supervision, clinical department use, audit review, equipment maintenance, etc. It is an important guarantee
for the normal operation of medical equipment in the hospital and has important reference value.
