Abstract:Objective To quickly and conveniently access the current and historical diagnosis and treatment data of patients in an
application platform based on the patient-centered dimension. Methods Based on data integration technology, clinical basic data
was expressed, organized and stored in a standardized and structured way, and a unified and complete data view was provided for
the application program for visual display. Results By using this system, the efficiency of information retrieval was significantly
improved (time saving 115 s/person), the number of teachers was increased (from 480 to 620), and the patient satisfaction was
improved (from 80% to 93%). Conclusion The development and application of the system effectively improve the convenience
and speed of medical staff accessing patient information, increase the clinical diagnosis and treatment and office efficiency, and
ameliorate the quality of medical services.
