Abstract:With the application of wearable and IoT technologies in the fields of medical and healthcare, a large amount of continuous
dynamic physiological data has been generated. At present, there is a lack of effective methods and models in the collection, storage
and communication of continuous dynamic physiological data all over the world. In this paper, the collection storage and exchange
utilization of continuous dynamic physiological data were explored from two aspects of real-time and off-line. For the continuous
physiological signals transmitted in real time, the data acquisition and storage problems were solved based on the time series
database InfluxDB. For offline data secondary analysis and utilization, the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data integration
and secondary exchange and utilization was solved by using HDF5 file format. This technical solution is used in the accompanying
physical monitoring of the clinical department of our hospital, which effectively solves the problem of continuous dynamic
physiological data collection-storage and communication utilization. Moreover, this study provides an effective solution for the
collection, storage, and exchange of this data.
