Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of domestic breast color three dimensional Doppler
ultrasound and imported breast color three dimensional Doppler ultrasound in the market supply service, find out the problems of
domestic equipment supply service in the market, sum up the causes of the problems, and propose suggestions for promoting the
development of localized high-quality breast color three dimensional Doppler ultrasound, revitalizing national brands, and enhancing
the market competitiveness and market influence of domestic medical device brands. Methods All the tertiary medical institutions,
secondary medical institutions, community health service centers, township health centers, some private medical institutions and
maternal and child health institutions under the jurisdiction of eight demonstration areas in Liaoning province could be selected to
investigate the market supply service information of color three dimensional Doppler ultrasound using to screen breast diseases. Data
collection was carried out by sending questionnaires to equipment users and filling them out on the spot, so as to ensure accurate,
objective and true evaluation of each mammary gland 3D color doppler ultrasound in terms of configuration, use, failure, aftersales service, maintenance, training and other market supply services, and to establish a database of collected data and conduct
data analysis. Results The proportion of domestic breast color three dimensional doppler ultrasound was significantly lower than
that of imported breast color three dimensional doppler ultrasound, and the market share was less than half of imported equipment.
Imported equipment was mainly deployed in tertiary and secondary medical institutions, and domestically produced equipment was
mainly deployed in grassroots medical institutions such as township health centers and community service centers. Compared with
the domestic and imported breast color three dimensional doppler ultrasound in terms of market supply and service, there was no
obvious difference in the degree of equipment meeting the clinical demand, the frequency and accessibility of equipment failure, the
satisfaction degree of equipment after-sales service and maintenance, and the satisfaction degree of equipment technical training.There was no significant difference in the improvement and innovation of equipment technology functions, improvement of aftersales service, quality improvement, and equipment safety protection in terms of equipment improvement requirements. The demand
for imported equipment to improve the ease of operation of equipment was higher than that of domestic equipment. Conclusion
Domestic breast color three dimensional doppler ultrasound has no significant difference with imported breast color three dimensional
doppler ultrasound in meeting market demand and clinical diagnosis and treatment needs, but it is not balanced in brand positioning
and geographical distribution. Domestic equipment is mainly in the mid-low market. The main products are mainly distributed
in primary medical institutions. Therefore, we should increase support for excellent domestic equipment, guide the creation and
promotion of national brands, and increase the market share of domestic brands, and overturn the status quo that high-end medical
equipment depends the long-term import. which is of great significance to the development of domestic medical equipment industry
and medical and health care.
