Abstract:Objective Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the allocation of breast cancer early screening
equipment in medical institutions at all levels in Liaoning province, this paper puts forward feasible suggestions and relevant
solutions that can promote the rational utilization and distribution of medical resources, promote the linkage of three-level medical
institutions, improve the rate of early screening and early diagnosis of breast cancer, and increase the market share of excellent
domestic medical equipment. Methods The primary, secondary, tertiary and maternal and child health and medical institutions in
nine demonstration areas of Liaoning province were selected to investigate the configuration of equipment for early screening of
breast cancer. The basic information and existing equipment configuration of medical institutions at all levels were collected by
issuing self-made questionnaires and filling in the field, and a database was established. Results There were significant differences in
equipment stock and quality in hospitals of different grades and medical institutions of different regions in Liaoning province. Highquality early screening equipment for breast cancer is almost monopolized by imported brands. High-end domestic digital diagnosis
early breast cancer screening equipment market share was low, mid-range domestic early breast cancer screening equipment was
mainly distributed in secondary hospitals and community health service center of medical institutions, such as domestic brands in
the mid-range early breast cancer screening equipment market occupy a certain market share, a good momentum of development.
However, the quality equipment, technical level, still should be further improved after-sales service, etc. Conclusion The government
should increase the support for innovative domestic medical equipment enterprises, and improve the market share of domestic brands,
especially high-end equipment market share. Enterprises should take after-sales maintenance service as the starting point, take
improving technical level as the core, improve national brand image, and improve the allocation level of domestic breast cancer early
screening equipment under the linkage effect of government, enterprise and market.
