Abstract:Objective To realize the digital management of the whole life-cycle of medical equipment under the new monitoring
laws and regulations in China. Methods Based on the actual needs of medical equipment management in our hospital, the
integrated management system of medical equipment was developed by using browser/server architecture and MySQL database
tools. Results The system realized the whole life-cycle digital management of medical equipment. With the initial operation of by
system, the administrative work of clinical and medical workers was greatly reduced, and the cost of management was effectively
reduced. Conclusion The whole life-cycle management system of medical equipment is an important management tool for hospital
management department, which can give full play to the optimal efficiency of medical equipment and achieve the purpose of
increasing the economic and social benefits of the hospital.
