Abstract:Objective To improve the effective utilization rate of ventilator, control the turnover rate of ventilator type first aid
equipment in a reasonable range, make efficient use of “platinum” rescue time, and improve the success rate of treatment. Methods
According to the principle of PDCA, based on the actual situation and extensive investigation of crew, QCC was used in the
management of respirator emergency equipment by means of investigation-analysis-practice feedback. Results The effective rate
of ventilator was increased from 71.3% to 92.1% through the implementation of quality control circle activities. Conclusion The
application of quality control circle in the management of ventilator first-aid equipment improved the effective utilization rate of
ventilator and ochieved the effect of optimizing medical rescue ability.
