目的 认识虚拟模型在临床技能培训中的重要性，通过统计分析临床模拟培训中，各类模型故障原因及时间分布。从 而加强培训模型管理，提高模型使用效率，以实现培训模型设备维修保养的专业化、规范化管理。方法 通过对2017年模型 维护记录的统计与分析，总结各类模型的使用特点，同时分析故障类型并有针对性地提出预防和解决方案。结果 通过对培 训设备的维护保养以及故障原因分析，就故障发生率变化的原因进行深层次分析，找出问题。结论 各类模型都有其不同的 使用规范及特点，通过实施有效规范的地维护保养，可找出更主要的、系统性的原因，并解决问题。
