目的 规范临床科室血气分析仪配置、控制其检测试剂成本支出、加强体外诊断试剂精细化管理。方法 基于全院血 气分析仪资产配置、使用次数、运行成本和检测收入等指标，对我院血气分析仪使用效率与效益进行调研、分析、评估和 整改。结果 全院核减3台血气分析仪，并纳入固定资产管理；全部血气分析仪月均成本降幅43.27%，单次检测次均成本降 幅44.65%；月均收入升幅约2.95%，实际检测综合成本率由原先的41.00%下降到27.00%左右。结论 优化血气分析仪的配 置，对其进行专项使用效率、效益的评估评价，有助于降低检测综合成本，规避风险。

Objective To Standardize the deployment of the blood gas analyzers in clinical departments, reduce the cost of related reagents, and improve the delicacy management of in-vitro diagnostic reagents. Methods Based on the economic indicators include the equipment configuration, using times, operating costs and revenue, the service efficiency and benefit of blood gas analyzers were investigated, analyzed and evaluated. Results Three blood gas analyzers were checked and reduced by the hospital, and they were brought into fixed assets management. The average monthly cost of all blood gas analyzers decreased by 43.27%, and the average monthly cost of a single test decreased by 44.65%.The average monthly income increased by about 2.95%, and the actual test comprehensive cost rate decreased from 41.00% to about 27.00%. Conclusion The combined service cost and risk of detection can be controlled through improving the deployment of blood gas, evaluating the service efficiency and benefit.
