Abstract:Objective To provide advice for the research, development, use and after-sales service of domestic ultrasonic equipment
through the current situation analysis and improve the competitiveness of domestic ultrasonic equipment, we formulate the reliability
evaluation index of ultrasonic equipment. Methods The research was guided by the “structure-process-results” method. The
data were collected by a variety of survey methods including literature research, expert consultation, questionnaire survey, cloud
technology and on-site testing. Results Crashes and probe failures during operation showed highest percentages of failures, which
were 23.53% and 17.65%, respectively. A clear increasing trend with the increasing of the usage time was showed in the failure rate
of the probe. The after-sales satisfaction with domestic equipment of hospitals at all levels has increased, and it was higher than that
of imported brands in 2018. Conclusion This project establishes an evaluation index system for the reliability and service system of
ultrasonic equipment combined with objective and subjective evaluation indicators. Domestic and imported equipment show similar
main types of failures. The advantages of domestic equipment are reflected in after-sales satisfaction.
