Comparative Evaluation of Image Quality of Abdominal Basic Imaging of
Medical Ultrasonic Equipment

Abstract:Objective The clinical effect of abdominal basic image of five domestic brands of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment were
compared and evaluated to narrow the gap between domestic medical ultrasonic equipment and world advanced level. Methods The
clinical effects of five domestic brands of ultrasonic equipment were compared and evaluated. The subjects underwent abdominal
basic examination of domestic and imported equipment at the same time, and each included 26 pictures. The image evaluation was
evaluated by blind Likert scale, the score was 1-5 according to the image quality, and the score was analyzed by Wilcoxon rank
sum test. Results There was no significant difference in most aspects in the comparison of image quality scores of domestic and
imported equipment. The scores of DoTA-01A and DoTB-01A were high, and the scores of some sections were higher than those
of imported equipment. Some domestic equipment and imported equipment still had a gap, but the difference was small. Most of
the basic abdominal image quality of domestic mainstream ultrasound equipment and imported equipment was basically equivalent.
Conclusion The abdominal basic image quality of domestic ultrasound equipment is fine and the image quality of domestic
equipment is not inferior to that of imported equipment. This study provides support for the development of domestic medical
ultrasound equipment.
