Abstract:In this paper, a manual adjustable angle measuring instrument used in radiography of limbs was designed. The instrument
was mainly made of wood. It was equipped with the bottom plate, two identical angle plates, the inner fixed plate, the outer fixed
plate, and the measuring plate. The angle measuring instrument can realize the measurement of the tilt angle, preset of the rotation
angle, and immobilization of the area examined during radiography of human limbs. The manual adjustable angle-measuring
instrument can not only reduce the workload of radiology technicians, but also reduce the difficulty of examination coordination of
subjects, and avoid additional potential radiation damage caused by multiple exposures.
