Abstract:Objective To explore the human-machine optimization and upgrading of common scalpel handle in modular optimization,
arbitrary insertion, blade universal matching, easy to pick up and hold comfortably, simplified steps, quick and convenient unloading,
prevent blade from breaking and stretching ejection, and designed a modular double-headed, free-choice direction universal matching
and easy-to-pick/unload scalpel handle. The aim is to realize the freeway universal matching Insert installation, simplify the steps
of unloading and prevent sharp instrument injury (SI). Methods The mechanical performance test and animal soft tissue simulation
operation cutting test were used to compare and evaluate the stability, handedness, human-machine performance, lose prevention
performance, grip comfort, high integration, magnetic absorbing items, potential scalability and titer ratio contrast validation and
evaluation with the common scalpel handle. Results The performance index and comprehensive performance of the quick and
convenient unloading blade scalpel handle are superior to those of the common scalpel handle. Conclusion The innovative design
of double-sided juxtaposed homotype heterotypic tail matching body and multi-functional intensive mode grab handle has excellent
safety, anti-collapse, blade matching, easy to pick up and unload, stable and comfortable grip and multi-purpose effect. It is suitable
for teaching and training, itinerant medical treatment, emergency rescue and disaster relief or field surgery emergency medical
support.
