Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application value of different DR detector technology, and provide scientific
basis for clinical application and comprehensive evaluation of equipment. Methods According to the clinical application
value evaluation system established by literature survey, expert consultation, and percentage weight method, experts were
invited to conduct multi-dimensional evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of four different DR detector technologies.
Results The clinical application value of different detectors was quite different. The comprehensive scores of amorphous
selenium flat panel detector technology and amorphous silicon flat panel detector technology were 3.76 and 4.21, respectively,
while the comprehensive score of multi-wire proportional line scanning detector was 2.72. Conclusion The performance
of different DR detectors is different, mainly in the image quality indicators. The clinical application value of flat panel
detector is superior to traditional multi-wire proportional line scanning technology and CCD detector technology. In the
selection and configuration of DR, the appropriate detector should be selected according to the main clinical application, which
provides reference for the reasonable application of DR technology and the planning and configuration of the equipment.
