Abstract:Objective To provide scientific and objective basis for promoting the application and promotion of domestic innovative
medical device products and optimizing the configuration of medical devices in medical and health institutions, through the empirical
investigation and comparative analysis on the objective evaluation of clinical application quality of digital radiography (DR) at
home and abroard. Methods The measurement of image quality factor was selected as the basic method to objectively evaluate the
comprehensive performance and image quality of DR through the practically application research and image sample collection of
hospital users. The performance of DR products of different brands and configurations at home and abroard was objectively compared
and evaluated. Results The field testing was conducted on the 83 medical institutions at all levels, 10 DR manufacturers at home and
abroard, and 116 DR devices with different models and configurations in use. The image quality factor inverse value image quality
figure inverse was classified and compared through software analysis. In addition, the reliability, imaging speed and other related
performance was empirically studied. Conclusion The research data show that the imaging quality ofroutinedomestic DR system has
reached the level of import, which can replace imported products, especially in the clinical use of primary hospitals. However, the
stability of the system needs to be improved.
