Abstract：In this paper, the structure and principle of Elekta accelerator motion system were studied, especially the components of feedback
network were analyzed in detail, and the significance of motion system for radiotherapy was explored in depth. Taking the analysis and
maintenance of three typical faults of the rotation of the gantry and the rotating part of the treatment head as an example, this paper provides
a set of ideas and methods for solving the fault of the motion system by comprehensively analyzing the relevant circuit conditions.
