Abstract:Objective To improve the maintenance of CT equipment and reduce the failure rate. Methods By using the
error information in the fault diagnosis program of GE spiral CT equipment, the cause of rotating overspeed and high voltage
fault was found. By analyzing the circuit of heat exchanger assembly, the cause of ball tube overtemperature was found. Results
The three faults were eliminated step by step by analyzing the causes and finally solved successfully, which ensured the normal
operation of the equipment. Conclusion It is a routine method in CT maintenance to use fault diagnosis procedure and observation
method. By strengthening the comprehensive understanding of CT equipment, medical equipment engineers can repair
more and more faults, which can greatly save time, save maintenance cost and improve work efficiency
