目的 本文通过分析全自动立式洗板机的工作原理和检修两个故障案例，为全自动立式洗板机的维修工作提供借鉴经 验。方法 对于使用中出现的设备不出液及无法定位的故障，通过逐个排查全自动立式洗板机机械部分和电路部分发现故障 隐患。结果 针对此设备发生故障，该维修方法可行，且维修成本低，节约维修时间。结论 为了减少立式洗板机的故障率，我 们要做预防性维护，加强巡检力度等，并及时总结维修经验。

Objective To provide reference for the maintenance of automatic vertical plate washer by analyzing its working principle and two fault cases. Methods For the failure of the equipment in operation and the failure of locating, the hidden trouble was found in the mechanical part and circuit part of the automatic vertical washing machine. Results In view of the equipment failure, the maintenance method was feasible, the maintenance cost was low, and the maintenance time was saved. Conclusion In order to reduce the failure rate of vertical plate washer, we should do preventive maintenance, strengthen inspection, and summarize the maintenance experience in time.
