摘要

目的 分析我国红外热成像技术相关医学研究的发展现状,为今后相关医学研究提供参考。方法 运用文献计量学方 法,结合NoteExpress、SATI、NetDraw、UCINET等软件对从万方及CNKI数据库中检索的相关文献进行分析。结果 共纳入 477篇红外热成像技术相关医学文献,总体来说,文献数量逐年上涨;发文数量较多的地区仍集中在北上广等经济较发达地 区;发表期刊范围比较分散,期刊主题主要为中医中药、影像学、康复以及疼痛等,且文献质量不高,多数仍倾向于临床应 用类研究,且多集中于中医中药方面的应用,涉及研究范围小;发表多篇相关文献研究者少,未形成有一定规模和深度的核 心研究者群。结论 未来应进一步扩展研究方向的多样性,加大研究深度,发展相关基础研究,实验研究等高质量研究,将我 国红外热成像技术相关医学研究带入新的发展阶段。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the development status of medical research related to infrared thermal imaging technology in China, and provide reference for related medical research in the future. Methods Bibliometric methods were used combined with NoteExpress, SATI, NetDraw, UCINET software to analyze the included literature. Results A total of 477 medical literatures related to infrared thermography were included. In general, the number of literature increased year by year. The areas with a large number of publications were still concentrated in economically developed areas such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong. The published journals were scattered, and the main topics of the journals were Chinese medicine, imaging, rehabilitation and pain, and the quality of the literature were not high, most of them still prefer clinical application research, and most of them focus on the application of traditional Chinese medicine, involving a small scope of research. Few researchers published a number of related literature, and did not form a core researcher group. Conclusion In the future, we should further expand the diversity of research directions, increase the depth of research, develop relevant basic research, experimental research and other high-quality research, and bring the medical research related to infrared thermal imaging technology into a new stage of development.
