Abstract:Objective To establish a reasonable, standardized and programmed management model of surgical consumables by
means of air-operate transmission technology. Methods By means of information technology, modular design of hospital
pneumatic logistics transmission system, charging system, hand anesthesia system and material management system
were carried out. Tracking management was realized from basic information registration, warehouse entry and exit
management, surgical consumables management, procurement management and inquiry statistics. Results The pneumatic
logistics transmission system can improve operation efficiency and service quality, reduce operation costs, errors, the flow of personnel and
cross-infection. Conclusion The organic combination of pneumatic logistics transmission system and management of surgical consumables
can help to strengthen the whole process monitoring and management of surgical consumables logistics in hospital
