Abstract:This article aimed to provide experience for X-ray machine maintenance based on analyzing and solving a case of HM-200
mobile high-frequency X-ray machine filament circuit fault. For the filament loop fault, we firstly analyzed step by step according to
the working principle, then the fault range was determined by using oscilloscope to capture the waveform. By analyzing the circuit
diagram to find the fault point, the fault element was finally located accurately, and the fault element was replaced to eliminate the
fault. This method of maintenance is feasible and the cost is very low.
