Abstract:Objective To analyze the factors that affect the successful rate of digital X-ray photography double lower limb splicing
technique, so as to improve the successful rate and image quality of splicing technique. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100
cases of full-length photography in PACS was conducted before and after quality control. The quality of the Mosaic image and the
lower limb force line were analyzed. The difference of image quality before and after quality control was compared. Results The
total length of full-length photographic quality control of the lower limbs was 100, including 55 pieces of level A, 38 of level B, 7
of level C. The accuracy rate of lower limb force line was 81% and the repeated rate was 33%. In 100 images after quality control,
75 pieces were in level A, 25 were level B, 0 was level C. The accuracy rate of the lower limb force line was 98%, and the repeated
photography rate was 5%. After quality control, the quality of splicing image was greatly improved, the rate of level A was increased
by 20%, the repetition rate was decreased by 28%, and the lower limb force line measurement accuracy was increased by 17%.
Conclusion DR length splicing photography is necessary to implement effective quality control. The image quality is improved
significantly after quality control, which is of great value for orthopedist to carry out preoperative and postoperative evaluation.
