摘要

目的 本项目为解决超声外科手术系统尖端主振幅测量中存在的重复性差、准确性低等问题,对相关测量方法的适用 性进行深入研究。方法 根据超声外科手术设备相关的行业标准中对尖端主振幅这一测试项目提出的要求和试验方法,围绕 超声外科手术系统尖端的物理特征及声学特性,采用测量尖端振幅常用的两种方法,即光学显微镜法和激光测振法,分别 对实验样品进行测量。结果 借助两种测量方法下获得的差异化结果,从测量原理、测量装置布置、测量设备优势等方面进 行比较,对两种测量方法的适用性进行评价。结论 得出了在超声外科手术系统尖端主振幅的测量中,选择适宜试验方法的 指导性建议。

Abstract

Objective This project is to make evaluation of the methods for measurement of primary tip vibration excursion for ultrasonics-surgical systems. Methods According to the requirements and test methods from related standards, physical and acoustic characteristics of tip for the ultrasonics-surgical system, we took two kinds of methods of measuring for instance, optical microscopy and laser measurement method, and made measurement separately. Results The applicability of the two methods was evaluated via the comparison from the measurement principle, measurement device layout, measurement device advantage, according to the differential results obtained by means of two measurement methods. Conclusion Some guidance suggestions for appropriate test method choice are given for the measuring of ultrasonics-surgical system primary tip vibration excursion.
