Abstract:In this paper, a fast and accurate positioner for opening proximal femoral marrow cavity in intramedullary nail operation
was developed. The structure achieved open and position marrow cavity under the minimally invasive operation with a fixed jaw and
positioning device. The accurate positioning of opening proximal femoral marrow cavity was achieved through application of the
positioner. In the positioning device, the effective integration of the targeting handle, the sight, the fixed claw and the circular sleeve
could improve the positioning efficiency, whch could improve the success rate of operation, shorten the operation time and effectively
reduce the X-ray exposure of the operator and patients during the operation on the premise of minimally invasive. Compared with the
traditional surgery, the structure could ensure the safety of the minimally invasive intramedullary nail operation, improve the accuracy
of the operation, avoid the accessory injury of operation. In addition, the positioner had the advantages of simple structure, convenient
to use and high efficiency. The clinical application achieved satisfactory results.
