Curative Effect Analysis on High Frequency Color Doppler Early Combination
with Mammography Screening Breast Cancer

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of high frequency color Doppler combination with mammography for early
screening of breast cancer. Methods A total of 180 cases of suspected breast cancer were used mammography examination and high
frequency color Doppler, respectively, to screen breast cancer. The diagnose rates in different diameter of tumor were compared
among different examination methods, and the sensitivity and specificity were analyzed. Results When the diameter of tumor was
less than 1.5 cm, the diagnose rate of combination screening was obviously higher than both mammography examination and color
Doppler examination. The sensitivity of mammography combination with high frequency color Doppler was 91.7%, higher than
mammography examination (62.1%, P<0.05) and high frequency color Doppler examination (56.1%, P<0.05). The specificity of
mammography in combination with high frequency color Doppler was 95.8%, which was higher than mammography examination
(60.4%, P<0.05) and high frequency color Doppler examination (64.6%, P<0.05). Conclusion High frequency color Doppler in
combination with mammography is effective in early screening breast cancer, it not only raises detection rate of small mass breast
cancer, but also increases the sensitivity and specificity of early screening breast cancer.
