Development of a Soft Endoscope Spray Perfusion Cleaning Device

Abstract:This paper described the development process of a soft endoscopic spray perfusion cleaning device. Aiming at the
secondary washing and final washing in the current five (four) trough cleaning method of soft endoscope, it was to provide a
substitute for manual cleaning, saving time and effort, as well as high cleanliness, and clean thoroughly of the internal tube and the
outer surface of the soft endoscope to avoid the residual cleaning device. The device consisted of a fixed cleaning nozzle, rotary
cleaning nozzle, perfusion cleaning interface, alcohol disinfection interface and pipeline drying interface. The device performed spray
cleaning, perfusion cleaning, alcohol disinfection, and pipe drying in four steps to clean the soft endoscopic. After clinical test, the
device could achieve the above objectives, and obtain clinical approval. Through the above structure, the application of the device
makes the soft endoscopic cleaning more effective, improves the cleaning efficiency and reduces the risk of hospital sensory control.
Its clinical application proves that it is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
