目的 为了保证医疗设备的运行安全，需要建立一套评价体系，加强外包维保供应商的监督管理。方法 根据医院管 理需要，结合外包维保供应商的实际情况，探讨维保外包供应商的评价标准，并确定评分标准的权重，以此来建立科学规 范的评价体系。结果 借助建立的维保外包供应商评价体系，对单次服务维保供应商和年度签约维保供应商分别进行评价， 初步实现了维保供应商服务质量的评价。结论 通过评价体系进行评价，协助设备管理部门加强维保外包供应商的监管，以 此来推动供应商服务水平的提高，同时为管理部门选择供应商提供决策支持。

Objective In order to ensure the safety of medical equipment operation, an evaluation system needs to be established to strengthen the supervision and management of outsourcing maintenance suppliers. Methods According to the hospital’s management needs, combining with the actual situation of outsourcing maintenance suppliers, the evaluation criteria of outsourcing suppliers was discussed and the weight of the evaluation criteria was determined to establish a scientific and standard evaluation system. Results With the aid of evaluation system, we tried to evaluate the contracted suppliers and one-time suppliers respectively, then a preliminary evaluation on maintenance suppliers service was realized. Conclusion Evaluating on suppliers through a system can help equipment department to strengthen the supervision of outsourcing maintenance suppliers, which can promote the service of the maintenance suppliers and provide decision support on selecting maintenance suppliers at the same time.
