Abstract:Objective To standardize the measurement of the maximum energy dissipation of the resistive probe of the electronic
thermometer, so as to provide help for the design and quality control of the manufacturing enterprise and the test of the testing
mechanism. Methods Taking the temperature probe of continuous measurement of electronic thermometer of multi-parameter
monitor as an example, combined with the requirement of YY0785-2010 and BS EN12470-4:2001 standard, this paper introduced
the test techniques and methods of the maximum energy dissipation of electronic thermometer, and emphatically introduced the
matters needing attention in the test. Results Indicating the correct test methods and data processing methods for maximum energy
dissipation could avoid checking errors. It could improve the efficiency of detection to ensure the safety and effectiveness of products
before going on the market. Conclusion It can play a guiding and normative role in the development of the industry.
