Abstract:The laser-induced autofluorescence (LIAF) diagnosis technique can diagnose lesions by using the difference in the autofluorescence
spectrum and intensity of normal tissue and cancerous tissue. This technigue overcomes the shortcomings of routine sampling biopsy
that are prone to small lesions and deeper lesion missed detection, making clinical diagnosis of early cancer a reality. Under the same
conditions, the system performed in vivo LIAF spectroscopic detection and analysis on 41 patients in the Digestive Endoscopy Center of
Haikou People’s Hospital. Taking the phosphatidyl cancer spectrum as a center, and lateral analysis and comparison with normal body
tissues, inflammatory tissues, and hyperplasia tissues revealed differences. LIAF spectral detection technology can clearly distinguish
between normal and cancerous tissues, real-time detection of early cancer and precancerous lesions, and achieve “photo biopsy”.
