Abstract:Objective To regulate the process of system optimization and upgrade, and improve system performance. Methods A set
of system upgrade optimization theory was studied and designed based on PDCA in this paper. Then the theory was used to guide the
upgrading of LIS system, which could ensure the smooth progress of the whole system optimization and upgrading process. Results With
the guidance of the theory, the LIS system was upgraded successfully under good infrastructure conditions. Conclusion The operation
process of the laboratory has been practically standardized and the inspection quality has been guaranteed after the system being upgraded.
