Abstract:Objective To devise a new type of baby sleep monitoring system based on smart phone. Methods Monitoring system
was consisted by baby wearable devices and smart phones. Wear equipment integrated with nrf52832 main control chip, MPU6050
acceleration module and DHT11 temperature and humidity module. The completion of acceleration and temperature and humidity
data collection was controlled through the embedded software design, and the data were sent to the smart phone through Bluetooth
low energy. Mobile APP software could receive and process data in real time, so as to achieve sleep monitoring of infants. Results
The experimental results showed that the smart phone software could receive the data collected by the baby wearable device in
real time and could analyze the status of the baby’s sleep and the abnormal situation. Conclusion The new designed baby sleep
monitoring system has good stability and timeliness. It can be used for infant sleep monitoring.
