Design of Hydraulic Control System for Traction Bed

Abstract:Objective This paper aimed to introduce the design of a new dual hydraulic cylinder control system for medical traction
bed and computer closed loop control system. Methods The structure and working principle of the system were introduced, focusing
on analysis of double cylinder hydraulic system working principle and computer closed loop control system. Results The traction
bed could realize four actions of the traction, rotation, dip angle, swing angle of the multi-function control. The design was accurate,
stable and could reduce the vibration and noise during the control process, which could reduce the pain of patients in the treatment
process both objectively and subjectively. Conclusion The new traction bed which is driven by a double hydraulic cylinder control
system and controled by the computer closed loop system is stable, and is favorable for the patients to obtain better treatment effect
comfortably.
