Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of a utility model patent “Dressingshelf” for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods
The diabetic foot replacement drug handling rack is mainly composed of feet, lifting cylinder, bracket, curved plate, optical
observation mirror and other components. Retrospective analysis was performed on eighty diabetic patients with diabetic foot ulcer
in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with
40 cases in each group. The incidence of complications (limb pain, irritability, muscle soreness, hypoglycemia) during the treatment
of diabetic foot wounds in the two groups were observed and recorded. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the
satisfaction of clinicians with diabetic foot replacement. Results The establishment of diabetic foot replacement medication reduced
the adverse reaction in the treatment process, and improved the operation satisfaction of the medical staff. The complication rate in
the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, c2=5.069). The
satisfaction rate of the patient in using the treatment frame (95.6%) was higher than that in the control group (88%), and the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic foot dressing system is simple, easy to operate, safe and comfortable,
which provides a good auxiliary effect for patients with diabetic foot ulcer. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
