Abstract:Sub-health insomnia seriously affects people’s physical and mental health, quality of life and effectiveness of the work. Acupuncture has good effects on the treatment of insomnia. But there are problems such as difficulty quantification. Magnetic stimulation is similar to electrical stimulation on neural mechanism, but magnetic stimulation has more prominent advantages. In this paper, magnetic stimulation acupuncture experiment was carried out on the sub-health insomniacs. Acquisition of electroencephalograme (EEG) signals in the experiment was conducted associated characteristics analysis by cross-correlation algorithm, brain functional network of the resting state and after magnetic stimulation was built, and the characteristic parameters of brain functional networks were studied. Results indicated that after magnetic stimulation at acupuncture points, the cross-correlation coefficient in the frontal lobe, the occipital lobe, the temporal lobe and the parietal lobe area were changed significantly (P<0.05). After stimulation of the brain functional network, average degrees, clustering coefficient and global efficiency were increased, the average path length decreased, and the “small world” property was enhanced. Results showed that the magnetic stimulation after acupuncture, sub-health insomniac inner regions of the brain connectivity and information communication were improved.
