Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of B-Flow technique in pre-status of phlebothrombosis in patients with cervical cancer after postoperative radiotherapy. Methods B-Flow technique was used to detect the pre-status of phlebothrombosis of lower limbs in 62 patients with cervical cancer, and the patients were divided into high-risk group (21 cases) and low-risk group (41 cases) according to the presence of aggregation of visible ingredients in low limb vein blood. Both groups received routine treatment to prevent thrombogenesis. The formation of phlebothrombosis of lower limbs was observed. Results After the end of radiotherapy, 9 patients in high-risk group and 5 in low-risk group had thrombogenesis. The occurrence rate of thrombogenesis was 43% in high-risk group, evidently lower than 12% in low-risk group (P<0.05). Conclusion The aggregation of visible ingredients in pre-status of phlebothrombosis in patients with cervical cancer who received postoperative radiotherapy is highly associated with thrombogenesis, and B-Flow technique can directly observe the aggregation status of visible ingredients in blood, so as to provide extremely effective diagnostic information for clinical practice.
