血压测量是临床诊断高血压的最基本的手段，因此找到简单准确的测量血压的方法对于实际临床工作尤为重要。本文主要探讨新的血压测量方法能否被授予专利。通过实际的专利申请案例，并且以《专利审查指南》（2010）的审判标准和医学诊断实践作为依据进行分析，认为“血压测量法”仅属于人体生理参数的测量方法，不能作为诊断高血压或判断人体健康状况的充分条件。但是“血压测量法”不能直接等同于疾病的诊断方法，因而存在可被授予专利权的合理性。

Blood pressure measurement is the basic method for diagnosis of hypertension diseases, so it is particularly important to find a simple and correct blood pressure measurement method for clinical work. In this paper, whether blood pressure measurement methods can be granted patents was discussed. The standards and medical diagnosis practices of Guidelines for Patent Examination 2010 and practical patent application cases were used in this paper for the discussion. Blood pressure measurement methods are thought to be methods for measurement of physiological parameters of human body, which is not a sufficient condition for the diagnosis of hypertension or to be judged as diagnosis method. However, the blood pressure measurement method cannot be directly equivalent to the diagnosis of diseases. Therefore, it is reasonable to grant patent to blood pressure measurement methods.
