Abstract:Objective To evaluate the accuracy of clinical treatment for the treatment of different numbers
of sub fields by comparing the verification results of radiation dose in prostate cancers. Methods 7
prostate cancer patients who were treated with the intensity modulated treatment plan were selected
from the OMP treatment planning system, and the other optimization objectives were kept unchanged.
Three sub field plans (30~50, 50~70, 70~100) were generated respectively to compare the pass rate of
Gamma. Results The pass rates of Gamma with three different sub fields under the threshold 3 mm/3%
and 3 mm/5% were more than 90%. Conclusion Three different numbers of sub fields could all be used
in clinical treatment, and the fewer the number of sub fields, the higher the rate of the plan.
