Abstract:In adherence to the service principle of patient-centered care, our hospital actively explored
the outpatient workflow optimization by setting up outpatient appoint center, where different outpatient
appointment methods were carried out, including network, telephone, on spot, text message, mobile
apps, and etc. In particular, the recent implementation of the service of one card pass ( treatment first,
settlement second) directly optimized outpatient service process, shortened the treatment time of patients,
and achieved very significant results. The paper explained in details the implementation of the solutions
used in outpatient workflow optimization.
