本文介绍了医疗级智能空气净化器的设计及研制过程。该净化器采用过滤、活性炭吸附、
等离子联合净化的模式研制,其高效过滤网和活性炭过滤层可过滤微尘颗粒,吸附甲醛、甲苯等
有害气体;其等离子杀菌净化器可释放净化因子,主动沉降PM10、PM2.5颗粒物,净化甲醛、甲
苯等有害气体,杀灭病原微生物;其智能控制系统可根据空气质量的变化,自动调节风机运行风
量,可有效节约能耗,适用于医疗环境室内空气的净化与消毒。实际应用效果表明,该净化器可
有效净化室内空气,达到了设计目的。
Abstract
This paper introduced the design principle and development process of the intelligent air
purifier of medical level. The air purifier adopts the modes of filtration, activated carbon adsorption, and
plasma-combined purification. The highly-efficient filter screen and activated the carbon filter layer can
filter dust particles, adsorb formaldehyde, toluene and other harmful gases. The antiseptic plasma purifier
can release purification factor and can cause active sedimentation of pm10 and pm2.5 particles, purify the
harmful gas such as formaldehyde and toluene, and kill pathogenic microorganisms. Intelligent control
system can adjust air volume of the running fan automatically according to the change of air quality and
thus can effectively save the energy consumption. It is suitable for purification and disinfection of indoor
air in the medical environment.
